At Balerion, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, reliably, and with care. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location and external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
